Integrating SSO with an Unofficially Supported IdP

IriusRisk currently fully supports the integration of the following IdPs:

• Microsoft Azure AD
• OKTA
• Google
• Keycloak
• Salesforce

We at IriusRisk are aware that there are many other IdPs that could be used for SSO integration and are not included in the list above. If you would like to integrate an IdP that is not listed above then it is best to create a support ticket so we can assist with the initial investigation to decide if the integration is possible. 

Prerequisites: 

1. A support ticket created for tracking the integration 
2. The IdP must allow SAML2.0, as this is what we require for the integration within IriusRisk.
3. IdP must allow groups to be created for the role-to-group mappings

Integrating an unofficially supported IdP is a very collaborative task between the customer and IriusRisk support, meaning we will need to have calls to dissect SAML responses in real-time and ensure the SAML attributes align on both sides (IdP and IriusRisk back-end).
