How to apply a new Analytics License

For SaaS customers you simply need to inform the team at support@iriusrisk.com and they will take care of it.

For customers that are using IriusRisk on premise, ask for a license from support@iriusrisk.com

Once you receive the license, make sure it is named c9.license, and put it into the cloud9 directory (that should be located in the home directory of your docker-compose.yml file.

The permissions of the license file should only require read access.
