Purpose

• The purpose of this article is to demonstrate turning on verbose logging for additional log collection

Required permissions

• SYSTEM_SETTINGS_UPDATE

Instructions

1. Navigate to the control panel 
2. Select the settings blade
3. Navigate to the support drop down
4. Set the logging to debug
5. Notify the IriusRisk product support team and these logs can be retrieved for analysis.
