Single Sign-On for Analytics module

The current section explains how it is possible to access the module with the same user logged in IriusRisk.

Setting the token to enable the SSO feature

The first step is to configure the token needed to access the analytics module. To get the token, it is necessary to access as an admin and obtain it:

 

Once we have the token, the next step is to configure it by accessing the Analytics config section and include it as part of the rest of the configuration:

 

 

Accessing Analytics with logged-in IriusRisk user

After the previous steps, we can access the analytics module without the need for a second login, we can distinguish between two groups of users according to their privileges to interact with the analytics module:

Users with ‘ANALYTICS_SETTINGS_UPDATE’ permission 

• Access to the analytics module with a user with permission ‘ANALYTICS_SETTINGS_UPDATE’

 

The user will be able to create, modify and remove assets:

 

Users without permission ‘ANALYTICS_SETTINGS_UPDATE’ 

• Access to the analytics module with a user without  ‘ANALYTICS_SETTINGS_UPDATE’

The user only will be able to view dashboards
