Instructions
Navigate to the 'User and permissions" interface inside of the control panel dropdown.
In this interface you will see three tabs - Users, Business Units, and Roles
Creating a New User -
To create a new user, navigate to the users tab.
From here, a new user can be created or invited.
Select New User and fill in the required information (highlighted by the red fields) and assign a respective role for that user.
Leave the "password expired" field flagged if you would like the user to reset their password at next login.
Select create user.
Inviting a New User -
Select Invite user on the users tab.
Fill out the requisite information in the red highlighted fields
Select send invite and the user will receive an email with link to the IriusRisk tenant.
Invite users will need to have a role manually assigned from within the user details pop out.
Create a new Role -
In this interface, you will be able to see the preconfigured roles created by IriusRisk. If you select one of the created roles, a menu on the right hand side of the screen will pop up where the Role Details, Global permissions, Project Permissions, and Custom Field Permissions are viewed.
To create a new role, select new role from this interface.
Input the role name.
Highlight the create role and assign the Global, Project, and Custom field permission sets in the right hand panel.
Select save and assign users to this role on the users tab.
Creating a new Business Unit -
Navigate to the Business Units tab and select New Business Unit.
Once selected, a pop up will open on the right hand side of the screen. Fill in the required information in the fields highlighted with a red asterisk.
Add this information and scroll down to click save.
A new business unit has been created.
