How to invite new users to the default Analytics Module dashboards

Login to the analytics module using the default user.

The first step is to access the analytics module with the user that holds all the default dashboards. Default dashboards will be shared with a user’s group, and in this way, new users belonging to this group will be able to see the different assets.

Once we have obtained access, in the user’s setting section, it is possible to invite new users at the TEAM tab:

Send an invitation and include the user in the default group.

The next step is to send the invitation to the user including it to the DefaultIriusRisk group.

Note: It is important to include the user to the group which have the default dashboard shared.
