Issue tracker integration is configured but it is not working or gives errors
Check that there are no other issue tracker configurations at another more specific level that could be in conflict with the configuration you want to apply. Issue trackers can be configured at global level, product level and component level. If there is any error, refer to the "Iriusrisk does not startup" section above to check the tomcat logs.
If you cannot connect due to an HTTPS error, and the certificates you are using on your Jira are self-signed or they are signed by an internal CA, you need to add the root certificates to the java keystore so IriusRisk can connect to Jira securely and with a trust relationship.
