How to open a support ticket
In order to process you request as soon as possible we need you to open a detailed support ticket following this link:
It is crucial to indicate all the details requested, like your current IriusRisk version, categorize the ticket accordingly so it would reach directly to the proper team and, of course, a detailed explanation of the issue (what is happening and what steps should we follow to reproduce it).
We also encourage to send all the relevant files, like your IriusRisk logs, your docker-compose.yml file, screenshots and a brief video showing us how did you reproduced the issue.
How to record a video for the ticket
The goal of the video is to show us clearly how can we reproduce the issue starting from the IriusRisk home page.
You can use any screen recorder of your choice, but if you don't have any we recommend the Nimbus Screenshot & Screen Video Recorder extension for Chrome browser.
