Create a new Product
From the Product tab, click the "New Product" button and complete the required information. Then we click on the "Create" button.
- In the "New Product" form you can also define "Product Threats" that apply to the product as a whole (even before defining the product architecture). In the following steps, using the rules engine, Threats will be automatically included based on component architecture for the product.
- From the Architecture tab you can define the product architecture using the diagramming tool and the components palette.
- In the Threats tab, by choosing a standard all countermeasures marked as "Recommended" in the model and "Required" by the standard, will be changed to a "Required" state.
- To upload the Required countermeasures to an issue tracker, go to the Countermeasures tab and click on Action → "Create new issues for all requirements" (in order for this to work you should configure your issue tracker in the Settings section). This will create new issues on the issue tracker and will automatically configure the system to synchronize the countermeasure state with that of the issue tracker. Default values can be set in the system configuration tab.
