Overview
You can easily search for projects based on specific criteria, either within the current versions or across all project versions. This allows you to efficiently manage and navigate through your projects to find the information you need. Follow the simple steps below to perform a project search:
Steps
- Log into IriusRisk Instance:
Access your IriusRisk instance using your credentials. - Navigate to Projects:
Along the top navigation bar, locate and click on "Projects." - View All Projects:
From the dropdown menu, select "View All Projects." - Enter Search Term:
In the provided search bar, enter your desired search term and press the magnifying glass logo or the "Enter" key. Projects matching the search term will populate below. - Access Search Options:
Next to the search bar, you'll find a downward arrow icon. Click on it. - Select Search Criteria:
In the dropdown menu, you'll see two options:
• Search on Current Versions: This is the default option and searches within the current versions of projects.
• Search All Project Versions: Select this option to search across all project versions. - Review Results:
After selecting your search scope, the results will be updated accordingly. If you choose to search all project versions, you'll see a list of all versions of the project matching your search terms. - Take Action:
Once you've found the desired project version(s), you can:
• Jump directly into the version of your choice.
• Delete the version if needed.
• Export its data for further analysis or sharing.
