When creating an issue from IriusRisk if you receive a timeout in the UI followed by errors that pop up in the browser, you first want to verify all of your configuration settings and review our Issue Tracker Troubleshooting documentation.
However, if everything is configured correctly, the issue is still created in your Jira instance, and the only problem you notice is that the UI will timeout (takes about 6 minutes), then disable the "Set User As Reporter" option:
