How to connect to the docker hub via proxy

If you are using a proxy in your on-premise deployment, you can login the docker hub this way:

sudo HTTPS_PROXY="<proxy>" docker login -u iriusrisk https://index.docker.io/v1/

Then, introduce the password as commented in the Installation guide.
