How to View License Usage from the UI

Introduction

This article will guide you through the process of checking your license usage and provides information on upgrading if needed.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure you have the "SYSTEM_SETTINGS_VIEW" global permission.

Viewing License Usage

1. Access the UI: Log in to your account and access the user interface.

2. Find the Help Icon: In the top right corner of the UI, you will see a small "Help" icon in the Global Navigation section. It typically looks like a question mark (?)

   

    

3. Hover Over the Help Icon: Hover your cursor over the "Help" icon. When you do this, a pop-up will appear, and at the bottom it has a widget displaying information about your license usage.

   

4. License Usage Information: In the widget, you will see the following information displayed:

   • The number of projects you have used.
   • The number of available slots.
   • The percentage corresponds to the number of projects used divided by the total number of licenses.

    

5. Upgrading your license: If you need to upgrade your licenses, you can click "Upgrade Your Licenses" in the Licenses Widget; this will open your default email app with the upgrade request address pre-filled. Compose and send the email to express your intention to upgrade and include any necessary information or questions you may have

Liquid Chart Colors

The colors in the liquid chart will change according to different usage ranges to provide visual information about your license usage. These changes will help you quickly identify your usage status.
