IriusRisk has a 90 day retention period of audit logs. We may wish to change this to match our needs. Please note there will be a performance hit associated with raising this so only raise as required.

Permissions required

GLOBAL PERMISSIONS:

• SYSTEM_SETTINGS_VIEW
• SYSTEM_SETTINGS_UPDATE

with default permissions, only those with a ROLE_ADMIN role can change the audit log retention.

Steps

1. Navigate to settings
2. Inside features, navigate to: 'Maximum number of days audit entries will be kept'
3. set the value to your desired figure
4. Save
