1. Locate Your Custom Widget: After creating your custom widget, navigate to the 'Queries' section located on the left-hand side of the analytics module interface. Under 'Queries', you will find the 'Widgets' tab at the top.

2. Find Your Widget: In the 'Widgets' section, you'll see a list of all available widgets. If your widget isn't immediately visible, you can use the 'Quick Search' bar to swiftly locate it by typing its name.

3. Access the Share Menu: Once you've located your custom widget, proceed to share it with others. To do this, hover over the name of your widget. Click on the three dots (...) located on the right-hand side of the table corresponding to your widget. A dropdown menu will appear

4. Select 'Share': From the dropdown menu, choose the 'Share' option. This action will open the sharing settings for your widget

5. Choose Recipients: In the sharing settings, you'll see the 'Explicit Sharing' section. Here, you can choose individual users or groups that you want to share your custom widget with. To share with multiple users or groups, use the blue '+' icon to create new lines

6. Define Access Levels: For each user or group, you have the option to set their access level:

   • View Only: Recipients can only view the widget and its content
   • Edit: Recipients can make changes to the widget's configuration
   • Admin Access: Ability to edit, plus being able to set global filters and change widget level Cloud9QL
