If you are integrating your Issue tracker on-premises and, once configured, the connection between IriusRisk and your Issue tracker cannot be established, you can review if your Trust-self-signed-certificates have been imported to the java key store.
If they are not imported, you will be able to see an error like the following one, in the tomcat logs:
