Where is the Architecture Questionnaire Tab?

Instructions:

First, you'll choose a project from the list like in the image below:

Once you pick a project, you'll be brought here:

Click the "Diagram" Tab on the left, and another window will appear as below:

You'll see View, Arrange, Extras, and IriusRisk. Click IriusRisk, and you'll see another window appear with the Architecture Questionnaire Tab:
